General Information An outstanding 2-bedroom, ground floor, garden apartment on a new complex, Cumbres del Rodeo. (Read visitors comments). The property is ideally situated close to the fashionable resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The area is also known as Golf Valley, featuring upwards of 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach.
Location For those who know the area well, the urbanisation Cumbres del Rodeo is a two minute drive from the Nueva Andalucia roundabout next to the H-10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel and Marbella Casino. Nueva Andalucia is the exclusive residential area next to Puerto Banus. (View map)
The Urbanisation This Mediterranean style development of exquisite architecture is located in a south-west facing slope that guarantees beautiful views of the Mediterranean and all day sunshine. The apartment has views towards the town of San Pedro de Alcantara and the Serrania de Ronda mountain range. Most days you can view the Rock of Gibraltar and some days the mountains of North Africa.
Beaches The apartment is situated in walking distance to the beach – about a 10 mins direct line walk via a bridge walkway situated at the bottom of our street. The closest beach is Mistral Beach next to the five star Guadalpin Puerto Banus Hotel and, also within walking distance, the designer beach resorts of Buddha Beach and Ocean Beach Club, both minutes to Puerto Banus. If you want to take a car or taxi to the beach it would be a 5 minute drive. There are a number of 'designer' beach resorts around Marbella including Nikki Beach, Puro Beach and Ocean Beach Club - all within a short distance. The best family beach is located at San Pedro - 10 minutes drive away.
Golf The apartment is in the Marbella district of Nueva Andalucia, which is also known as ‘Golf Valley’ and features upwards of 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach. The nearest is the championship Los Naranjos Golf Club, winner of 'Golf Club of the Year' presented by prestigious Marbella based magazine 'Essential', and is approximately a 5 minute drive away.
Property Features Include top of the range Bosch kitchen appliances and fittings, electric video entry phone, burglar alarm, satellite TV, hot and cold air conditioning, under-floor bathroom heating, marble flooring and is set in landscaped gardens with large communal swimming pool. The property has secure underground parking with lift access and is beautifully furnished to an exceptionally high standard comfortably to accommodate 4 to 5 people.
Living Room The entrance hallway leads to the large living and dining areas, a separate kitchen and guest washroom. The exceptional stylish living room has a large sofa and chair, coffee table, feature fireplace, a wide screen Sony television, DVD and video, plus stereo and features a stylish dining area. Two separate French doors open to the terrace and garden.
Bedroom(s) A closed off hallway leads to the two bedrooms and shared walk-in power shower bathroom. Bedroom 1 feature a large superking bed (180x200cm) and bedroom 2 can be set up with either 2 single beds or as an adapted double (200x200cm). An additional single bed is available if sleeping is required for 5 people. A proper baby cot is also available. One bedroom has French doors leading out to the terrace and the other bedroom faces a large courtyard with water fountain.
Kitchen The kitchen (a separate room) boasts high quality fittings by Bosch including fridge and freezer, oven and hob as well as dishwasher and microwave. This in turn leads into a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Terrace The terrace features two big wicker arm chairs and coffee table, a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining – in a shaded part of the terrace with long flowing white curtains – plus a basic BBQ, two sun loungers and a small green grassed garden. The terrace and garden are surround by established, mediterranean plants. More sunbeds, set in spacious gardens, are available at the communal pool area.
Swimming Pool The large communal swimming pool has a summer lifeguard, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, showers and bathroom facilities.
Fountain and Courtyard A pretty courtyard with water fountain is situated to the rear of the apartment.
Media and Communications Cable and Satellite TV are available in all rooms, plus broadband computer access available. If you come with a laptop with WIFI installed then you should have no problem connecting to the internet (no extra charge).
Babies and Children A wooden baby cot, baby travel cot(useful as an outdoor playpen), baby listening monitors, baby high chair and a baby bath are available, plus toddler toilet seat and a potty. An inflatable paddling pool is available for little children, plus small trampoline and spare pushchair.
Property Management The apartment is managed by the owners who will ensure the apartment is clean and prepared to a high standard prior to your arrival. They will be available to meet and greet you.
Bed Linen and Towels All towels, including towels for the swimming pool/terrace, and bed linen are provided. The apartment is clean for your arrival. If you require additional cleaning, washing and ironing services during your stay then please tell us and we can arrange this for an additional fee.
Other Services On request, groceries can be supplied in the apartment for your arrival and pick up/taxi services can also be arranged. Cleaning services, baby sitting and child minding services can all be arranged for during your stay. Is their a special occasion or reason for your stay? Contact us if you need to arrange something special … hire a boat, a chef to cook for you, limo services, other?
Group Bookings We have direct contact with a number of owners who rent out their apartments. Please contact us directly if you would like to organise more than one apartment.
Booking Notes The apartment is available throughout the year. Please contact us to request dates and the rates will then be given to you. The minimum booking duration July to mid-September is one week or longer. Long Weekend with 3 day minimum booking is available all year round (except July to Mid-September).
Payment Details A deposit or full payment is required to secure all bookings. To secure your booking we require an agreed deposit payable via bank transfer or by credit/debit card. The remaining balance needs to be paid either by bank transfer / credit / debit card one week before booking or in Euros on arrival - please advise what suits you best. For last minute bookings its more convenient if the full payment is paid at the time of booking, via credit/debit card. We are able to take payments via PayPal for credit and debit card payments, although a bank charge (in the region of £20 will be applied). For more information email info@comarni.com.
Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of 200 Euros needs to be paid on arrival. The security deposit is required to cover the cost of any damages or loss of keys.
Cancellation Policy For cancellations up to 2 weeks of arrival and longer we will do our best to refund your deposit, but there may be some delay in this payment. For cancellations between 14 nights and 1 night we will retain your full deposit. We ask you kindly, please do not make a booking if you think you will not be able to commit to it.
